1. Subscription-Based Services
BlueGrit provides subscription-based access to its software platform, which includes tools for mortgage and real estate professionals such as AI-powered scenario guidance, relationship networking tools, workflow collaboration features, marketing tools, and other professional services.
2. No Guaranteed Refunds
Because BlueGrit is a digital software service, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access to the platform has been granted.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in limited circumstances including:
- Duplicate payments
- Accidental purchases
- Billing errors
- Technical issues preventing access
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
4. Trial Periods
If BlueGrit offers a free trial period, users are encouraged to evaluate the platform during the trial before subscribing. Once the trial ends and billing begins, the standard refund policy applies.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
6. Enterprise and Team Plans
Enterprise or team plans may include custom agreements with different refund or cancellation terms. These terms will be defined in the specific agreement between BlueGrit and the organization.
7. Payment Processors
BlueGrit may use third-party payment providers to process payments. When refunds are approved, they will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
8. Abuse of Refund Policy
BlueGrit reserves the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of abuse of the refund system or if the platform has been actively used after purchase.
9. Changes to This Policy
BlueGrit may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on the BlueGrit website.
